His approach to teaching emphasizes critical inquiry, practical application, and the integration of professional experience with scholarship.

Writing and Publishing

Through Ezelle Publishing, Wayne develops literary works, academic publications, and educational resources. His writing explores themes of memory, connection, reflection, and personal growth. Circle That Remembers is his first novel and reflects an interest in the ways people influence one another, often in ways that are not fully understood until much later.

Ezelle Publishing was established to provide a home for literary works, curriculum materials, and academic publications. The publishing imprint reflects a commitment to thoughtful writing, meaningful learning experiences, and projects that encourage reflection, discussion, and lifelong learning.

Educational Projects and Partnerships

In addition to literary and academic writing, Wayne has worked with fellow educators to develop curriculum materials designed to help students better understand themselves, think critically, and make thoughtful decisions. Drawing on decades of experience in education, leadership, and organizational strategy, these projects focus on practical skills that students can apply both in school and throughout their lives.

One of these efforts is the SWOT 4 Me™ curriculum series, developed in partnership with Marina Davidashvilly, MBA, and Mandie Ezelle Chiasson, MBA. Together, they bring experience in teaching, curriculum development, educational leadership, student support, finance, and organizational management. Their shared goal is to create educational resources that are engaging, age appropriate, and meaningful for students.

SWOT 4 Me™ adapts the widely used SWOT framework into a format that helps students recognize their strengths, understand areas for improvement, identify opportunities, and navigate challenges. Through stories, discussion, reflection, and application activities, students are encouraged to develop confidence, self awareness, problem solving skills, and a greater understanding of the choices that influence their futures.

The partnership reflects a common belief that education should extend beyond academic content alone. Students benefit when they are encouraged to think independently, evaluate alternatives, set goals, and understand how decisions made today can influence opportunities tomorrow. Through Ezelle Publishing, these educational projects continue to evolve alongside literary works, academic publications, and other resources designed to support learning and personal growth. In addition to his literary and academic work, Wayne collaborates with educational professionals on the development of curriculum materials designed to support student growth, critical thinking, and decision making. The SWOT 4 Me™ curriculum series is being developed in partnership with Marina Davidashvilly, MBA, and Mandie Chaisson, MBA, both experienced educators whose backgrounds include teaching, curriculum development, student support, and educational leadership.

Together, they are creating age-appropriate resources that help students better understand themselves, recognize opportunities for growth, develop confidence, and build practical life skills that support success both inside and outside the classroom.
